To list a property for rent:

1. Create an account or log in
2. Click on "Rent a Home" and select "List Your Property"
3. Fill in all the required details about your property (location, price, number of rooms)
4. Upload clear photos of your property
5. Provide your contact information
6. Submit your listing

Your property will appear in search results after review.

Property listings remain active for 60 days by default. You can renew or update your listing at any time through your user dashboard. If your property gets rented before that, you can mark it as "Rented" to remove it from active listings.

To sell an item in the marketplace:

1. Log in to your account
2. Navigate to "Marketplace"
3. Click on "Post a Listing" and select the appropriate category
4. Fill in details (title, description, price, location)
5. Upload clear photos of your item
6. Provide your contact information
7. Submit your listing

Your listing will be visible to potential buyers immediately.

Basic listings on Isoo Raac Market are completely free. We offer premium listing options that provide better visibility and promotion for a small fee. You can choose to upgrade your listing during the posting process.
